Join us for a reawakening of balance and flow, in a women-only week-long journey that is designed to enhance the vital life force that aligns you with your true self and allows you to thrive.
This is a retreat that brings you home into your body, your mind and your soul.
At the end of this week, you will feel excited about taking your renewed energy, the new insights and clarity, back home, full of curiosity about how it will continue unfolding in your daily life.
Using the power of movement, meditation, bioenergy healing, vibrant foods, and pristine nature, we deep dive into our aliveness.
In this retreat, your host, Lena, brings together all her wisdom and teachings to facilitate a deeply transformative, joyful, and relaxing experience.
Immersed in the beauty that Trpanj and its surroundings have to offer, we relax, restore, and regenerate.
Experience the benefits of daily all-levels Flow Yoga, Life Alignment bioenergy healing and meditation, peaceful beach life, optional hiking, stargazing, medicinal mud treatments, and much much more.
Our schedule varies a little each day, to allow for occasional sunrise practices as well as the ease of sleeping in and participating in stargazing meditation on other days.
The maximum number of participants is limited to 10, for a truly intimate experience.
At the end of this week, you will feel excited about taking your renewed energy, the new insights and clarity back home, full of curiosity about how it will continue unfolding in your daily life.

The Location
We’re hosted in the 150-year-old traditional stone house of family-run Gric Bed&Breakfast in Trpanj (Peljesac Peninsula), southern Croatia. The property features 6 cozy rooms, tastefully furnished with antiques, large terraces where breakfast is served, and extensive gardens. All rooms have a garden view for maximum tranquillity, and private bathrooms. Seven (!) beaches are within walking distance.
Trpanj is a sleepy village by the sea, nestled against the dramatic mounainous backdrop of Peljesac peninsula, off the beaten tourist track and radiating pure magical energy. In the beauty of these surroundings, we relax, restore, regenerate.

how to get there
The closest airports are Dubrovnik to the South and Split to the North.
We offer a (paid) private transfer service from both airports to Trpanj. From Dubrovnik, our trusted driver charges 200 Euros one way per vehicle. Participants have shared the ride in the past. If you’re interested in this option, please reach out, we’re happy to help coordinate. From Split it’s 300 Euros.
Alternatively, guests have also taken (much cheaper) public transport to us. Should you want to explore this option, www.getbybus.com is a good source of information about bus routes. You can catch a shuttle or taxi from the airport (both Split and Dubrovnik) to the bus terminal, then a bus from the airport to Ploce, then the ferry from Ploce to Trpanj. Our retreat center is a 5 min walk from the ferry terminal. This is a bit more adventureous but not difficult, and a gorgeous scenic route from both airports.
You can also rent a car at either airport and drive the 2 hours to Trpanj. Rental cars usually cost about 250 Euros for the week and we offer free parking.
Should you choose to arrive by car, we do have private secure parking available at no extra cost.
Driving times are approximately:
Trieste (Italy) – Ploce (Croatia) 5:40 hours
Zagreb (Croatia) – Ploce (Croatia) 4:40 hours
Ferry time Ploce – Trpanj 1 hour (cost is about 35 Euro per car and 6 Euro per passenger)
The new Peljesac bridge opened last year allows you to skip the ferry and arrive directly via road in about the same time. It is toll free
Price includes all retreat activities as described above, everyday vegetarian breakfast (special dietary requirements possible), two dinners (one of which on the night of arrival), and use of the summer kitchen for self- catered lunch and dinner.

Our tranquil large rooms (32sqm) offer sweeping gargen views and a private balcony for maximum comfort and spaciousness.
The room features a king size bed, a luxurious private bathroom with a shower, and is tastefully furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture.
A ceiling fan provides comfort during hotter days. Most of the time, our traditional 1-m-thick stone walls do a fantastic job at keeping the temperature nice and cool.

Our tranquil large apartment (50sqm) offers maximum comfort and spaciousness, as well as sweeping garden views, a private balcony and a luxurious private bathroom with a shower.
The larger room features two twin-size beds and access to the balcony, the smaller room features a bunk bed (only the lower bed is used) and a small kitchenette. Both are tastefully furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture.

Find your own accommodation
Sometimes we are unable to provide a specific accomodation type for our guests (e.g. when our single occupancy sells out).
For this case, we collaborate with trusted local accomodation providers, that are a short 5-minute walk away.
The price displayed EXCLUDES accomodation, which you will have to book directly with one of our partners (prices range approximately 50-90 Euro/night/room, regardless of number of guests)
Trpanj also offers a campground if you love camping or are cost conscious.This is around 30 Euros/night
