As a coach, I do NOT help you set goals and then reach them.

I working with me, you connect to the truth of your own heart, your personal Heartland, and develop a vision from there. It leaves you stunned by its beauty and simplicity. Clear. Humbled. Powerful. Needless to say: I love witnessing this!

From that connection with your heart, I help you to formulate true life choices, and then hold you to your greatness and guide you towards living that life that you relly desire, but might not even dare admit to yourself.

That is a life-encompassing quest, where I hold space for your being to be seen and to gradually unfold.

My 1:1 coaching program runs over a minimum of one year, with three sessions during the first month and fortnightly over the rest of the time.

It includes complementary access to any online courses that I might run over the period of that year.
